wow, I had the lemon and almond cake on my train in to work this morning - that was an awesome breakfast!

That was really delicious, had a bit of a madeira cake feel to it, but zesty as well.

I met Christelle at the French Entrepeneurs Aperos (thanks Loïc Dumas!) and got immediately acquainted with her cakes! My daughter (6) is coeliac and since her being officially diagnosed about a year ago, I have learned to be tuned in and jump out at any gluten free opportunity. Christelle was so kind and let me take home a lemon polenta, a walnut brownie and a coco cake! My daughter was delighted but still commented that because of me (she meant because of Christelle!) she was now a bit annoyed since not able to choose her favourite out of the three! Nice problem to have... thanks again Christelle, the cakes were thoroughly enjoyed, and I also enjoyed the three glorified crumbs she consented to share with me!

went to Royal Mail to collect a missed parcel today. What I didn't know was the treat that was awaiting me! Christelle! Congratulations! The macaroons are wonderfully delicious! Moist..., soft..., tasteful..., delightful! Thank you!!! It can only lead to success, I loved them.

The strawberry cake was on point and very well balanced in terms of ALL the ingredients it contained. I was also really impressed by the brownie! Now I'm usually not a big fan of chocolates but this brownie was something else!!

Delices indeed! Most gluten free food is so boring, but your cakes are delicious! I particularly recommend the brownie to all the chocolate addicts out there!

I had the chance to taste two of Christelle's cakes. The strawberry cake is light, fresh and fluffy and the chocolate brownie, more-ish and decadent (and healthy!). Highly recommended to anyone who loves good food!
